This project involved extensive repairs after a large tree fell on the home, causing significant structural damage and a roof breach that led to water damage on both upper and lower levels. We replaced custom structural beams, repaired the roof, framing, insulation, drywall, and installed new window as a code upgrade. The entire home received fresh interior and exterior paint alongside brand-new flooring throughout. The homeowner carefully selected all colors, finishes, and styling to ensure the space perfectly reflected their vision.
