Project Helene

Following severe storm damage, Keller Built was hired to restore this mountain property after the homeowner was left with an unfinished project when a previous contractor abandoned the job. A fallen tree had destroyed the detached garage, while additional damage to the home included compromised fascia, gutters, and deck structures.

We began with extensive site cleanup and debris removal to create a safe, workable jobsite before rebuilding the detached garage from the ground up. The new garage was finished to closely match the exterior of the primary residence, creating a seamless appearance across the property. Once complete, the homeowner's belongings were moved into the new structure, providing secure, weatherproof storage and restoring safe vehicle access before winter conditions arrived.
