Project PCL

Project PCL involved the complete renovation of two outdated bathrooms, transforming them into modern, functional spaces built to last. Both bathrooms were fully demolished to the framing, allowing Keller Built to replace rotted subfloor, upgrade insulation, and correct non-code-compliant electrical work before rebuilding.

The remodel included new tile flooring, fully tiled showers with the GoBoard waterproofing system, Delta shower fixtures, upgraded exhaust fans and lighting, new trim, and contemporary finishes throughout. By combining quality craftsmanship with durable materials, this project delivered two bathrooms that are both visually striking and built for long-term performance.
